The fourth-round rookie saw a season-high 13 rushing attempts in the win over the Tennessee Titans in Week 4. He'll head into a favorable matchup against a Falcons defense that ranks 21st in rush DVOA so far in 2021. It appears Carter is going to be the No. 1 option for this team, but the offensive line cannot be counted on.
