Michael Carter Runs All Over Jaguars
3 years agoNew York Jets running back Michael Carter had seemingly no issues against the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 16. The rookie back rushed 16 times for 118 yards in the win. He also added two receptions for six additional yards through the air. It's worth noting Tevin Coleman was still heavily involved in the rushing attack. However, Carter has clearly proven to be the better rusher between the two. The Jets aren't playing for anything, so they should continue to pound the rock with Carter over the next two games. Sadly, Carter will have a tough matchup against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers next week. It's hard to imagine Carter being anything more than a low-end RB2 for that contest.
