3 years agoThe New York Jets designated running back Michael Carter (ankle) and tight end Tyler Kroft (chest) to return from Injured Reserve on Wednesday, opening their 21-day windows for the team to officially activate them from IR. Carter has been out since Week 11 with a low ankle sprain, and he could return to play in Week 15 this Sunday against the Miami Dolphins if he looks good in practice this week. However, Tevin Coleman (concussion) could make his return as well, and the Jets also have Ty Johnson in the fold. Carter was the team's primary back before his injury, and although he might be eased back in, he's worth picking up off the waiver wire if he was dropped by his previous owner. Kroft has been out since Week 9 and has 10 catches for 104 yards and a touchdown in six games this year. The 29-year-old remains off the fantasy radar.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
