3 years agoFree agent outfielder Michael Conforto (shoulder) is healthy enough to hold workouts after suffering a shoulder injury doing drills in January during the lockout. The injury has put a freeze on his free-agency, but now his market will surely pickup with the Rangers, Jays, Giants, and Rays among the teams that were previously mentioned as suitors for the former All-Star. Conforto is coming off a down year in which he hit .232 with 14 HR and 55 RBI in an injury-shortened season, but he will still carry fantasy value whenever and wherever he decides to sign.--Riley Mrack - RotoBaller
