Michael Conforto Resumes Baseball Activities
7 years agoIn what has to be music to the ears of fantasy owners everywhere, New York Mets outfielder Michael Conforto (shoulder) has resumed baseball activity. He isn’t swinging a bat yet, but the long tossing he took part in on Wednesday is obviously a big step in the right direction. After separating his shoulder last September and requiring surgery, Conforto isn’t expected to be back until at least May 1, according to Mets general Manager Sandy Alderson. Conforto makes for an excellent talent to target in drafts given his discounted price in comparison to his projected production once he’s back in full swing.
