The Cowboys snagged Gallup in the third round after reportedly considering him in the second. The Biletnikoff Award finalist and consensus All-American plays a similar game to Dez Bryant, whom the Cowboys recently cut loose. With a barren wide receiver group even after the draft, there's a chance Gallup operates as the WR1 in Dallas as early as Week 1.
