4 years agoBuffalo Sabres goaltender Michael Houser will make his NHL debut on Monday against the Islanders. It's an incredible story as the 28-year-old hasn't played a single game since March 2020, and he's featured just twice above the ECHL level of hockey since 2016-17. Furthermore, Houser was born with bilateral club feet, which needed over 10 surgeries to fix before he was two years old. The Wexford, Pennsylvania native is getting the opportunity of a lifetime due to multiple injuries the Sabres have suffered in their goalie department. It will be great to cheer for him, but needless to say, fantasy managers shouldn't expect anything from him.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
