3 years agoDetroit Tigers right-hander Michael Pineda is slated to make a start for Triple-A Toledo on Tuesday against the Iowa Cubs. Pineda had some visa issues which prevented him from getting to spring training on time, thus setting him back in his preparations for the 2022 season. The team would like to see Pineda go at least four innings on Tuesday after he threw three scoreless innings last Thursday. If Tuesday's start goes smoothly and the weather cooperates throughout the week, Pineda could make his Detroit debut on Sunday against the Kansas City Royals. He would be a low-end streamer in mixed fantasy leagues for that outing.--Matt T - RotoBaller
