4 years agoMinnesota Twins right-handed pitcher Michael Pineda will be activated from the suspended list prior to Tuesday’s contest against the White Sox, which will mark his 2020 season debut. Pineda’s return is possible due to his suspension having been appealed down to 60 games over 80, which was his initial punishment stemming from a positive performance-enhancing drug test. While the matchup against a hard-hitting White Sox club will make Pineda a shaky DFS option, he is coming off a year in which he posted a 4.01 ERA and 1.16 WHIP across 26 starts, which gives him medium-sized or larger season-long league appeal.--Jesse Borek
