Michael Thomas Hauls In 73 Yards
4 years agoNew Orleans Saints wide receiver Michael Thomas finished with five receptions for 73 yards and a score on seven targets in Sunday's wild-card win over the Bears. Thomas was able to return to the field after being on Injured Reserve to conclude the regular season because of a high-ankle sprain that he's dealt with for much of the year. Nevertheless, the receiver was quite effective in Sunday's victory and caught his first touchdown of the season. Next up is a matchup with a Bucs team that is generous to fantasy wideouts, meaning that Thomas is once again a strong WR1 play after he looked the best he has all year against the Bears. In two contests against the Bucs during the regular season, Thomas had eight receptions for 68 yards on 11 targets.
