4 years agoNew Orleans Saints wide receiver Michael Thomas (ankle) and Jared Cook (groin) were both limited participants on Thursday. Since the Saints play on Monday, this was essentially their first practice day of the week. It's encouraging that Thomas hasn't had any setbacks yet after practicing in limited fashion all of last week, so he certainly has a chance to suit up against the Chargers. Cook was unable to go last week after not being able to practice, so his ability to be limited is a step in the right direction. If they're able to suit up, Thomas would be a WR1 with some re-injury risk while Cook would be a low-end TE1.--Tim Capurso
