Michael Thomas Scores Twice In Win
2 years agoNew Orleans Saints wide receiver Michael Thomas started slowly in the Week 1 win over the Atlanta Falcons. However, the former Ohio State Buckeye was critical in the Saints' comeback victory. Thomas scored two touchdowns in the fourth quarter, including a score with under four minutes left in the game. Despite facing a talented Atlanta cornerback duo, Thomas caught five of his eight targets for 57 yards in the win. While he was questionable because of a hamstring injury entering the game, the veteran wide receiver looked 100% healthy during the game. Fantasy players can feel confident starting Thomas as a low-end WR2 for the rest of the season.
