5 years agoNew Orleans Saints wide receiver Michael Thomas picked up right where he left off with quarterback Drew Brees in Week 8. Thomas caught all 11 targets for 112 yards and a touchdown. The 26-year-old receiver beat Pro Bowl corner Patrick Peterson's coverage several times in this one and broke Peterson's tackle to get into the end zone. Thomas has had double-digit targets in four straight games and is on pace for 146 catches, which would be an NFL record. The Pro Bowl wideout will get a nice matchup after the bye against the struggling Atlanta Falcons in Week 10. He's a must-start WR1 moving forward.--Tim Capurso
