3 years agoThe Boston Red Sox placed Michael Wacha (side) was placed on the 10-day injured list with left intercostal irritation. After dealing with side soreness, he has scratched ahead of his start for Sunday's game against the Chicago White Sox. The 30-year-old has been terrific this season, posting a 3-0 record with a 1.38 ERA, 0.92 WHIP, and 19 strikeouts across 26 innings. Tanner Houck will draw the start in place of Wacha. Houck owns a 5.14 ERA, 1.38 WHIP, and 21 strikeouts over 21 innings in 2022.--Brad Camara - RotoBaller
