7 years agoSt. Louis Cardinals starting pitcher Michael Wacha (oblique) will not return before the All-Star Break, according to general manager Michael Girsch. Wacha is dealing with a strained oblique that he suffered last week, and it'll end up being at least a month until he's able to return to the mound. John Gant is taking Wacha's spot the first time through the rotation on Monday, but Daniel Poncedeleon and Dakota Hudson are likely to get starts as well.--David A Marcillo - RotoBaller
