Micheal Ferland Forced Out Of Tuesday's Victory
6 years agoCarolina Hurricanes left wing Micheal Ferland (upper body) left Tuesday's game against the Los Angeles Kings due to an upper-body injury and he was unable to return. Ferland didn't check out of the game and leave his fantasy owners empty-handed, however, as he posted a goal with an assist and a plus-3 rating before departing. It was a successful night for the Hurricanes overall, as they won 6-1 to keep themselves above the playoff line in the Eastern Conference with 19 games left to go. Ferland might have simply been held out as a precaution with the game out of hand. For now, fantasy owners should consider him day to day.
