Miguel Andujar Hits His First Home Run Since 2018
4 years agoNew York Yankees third baseman and outfielder Miguel Andujar hit his first home run since 2018 with a 422-foot blast against the Blue Jays on Monday. Andujar has played well since his most recent call-up on September 4, reaching base at least once in every game while posting a 1.204 OPS backed by a near-50% hard-hit rate and a 10% swinging-strike rate. Andujar figures to maintain consistent playing time as long as third baseman Gio Urshela (elbow) remains sidelined, and he’s worth rostering in most leagues as a result.
