5 years agoNew York Yankees third baseman Miguel Andujar (shoulder) is back in the Yankees clubhouse and will play catch Monday for the first time since undergoing surgery for a torn labrum in his right shoulder. Andujar still has a long way to go in his recovery, but he is right on schedule and should be ready to go come spring training. It will be interesting to see how the Yankees infield roster battle plays out, with Giovanny Urshela having filled in formidably for the injured 24-year-old this season, but Andujar is certainly more focused on his recovery than a potential roster battle at this time.--Joseph Magazzinich
