7 years agoIt has been an injury-riddled campaign so far for Detroit Tigers first baseman Miguel Cabrera (hamstring). The 35-year-old was removed from Thursday's game after straining his hamstring in the sixth inning. He had just returned to the Tigers lineup after missing the previous three games with bicep spasms, but now it looks likely that he will miss more time. When healthy, Cabrera has put up fantastic numbers, as evidenced by his .326 average with three homers and 21 RBI, but his high risk of injury makes him a volatile fantasy asset.
