2 years agoMiami Marlins shortstop Miguel Rojas (undisclosed) left the game early on Friday against the Washington Nationals after he almost ran into Joey Wendle during Luis Garcia's infield single in the seventh inning. Rojas said after the game that he'd be good to go for Saturday's game. "He kind of banged into Joey on a play," skipper Don Mattingly said. "He had a little reaction. And then it felt almost like a little stinger. Just seemed like we should get him out of there and make sure he is OK for tomorrow, hopefully." The 33-year-old went 2-for-4 with a double, a run and a stolen base before departing, and he's now hitting .248/.296/.372 with six home runs, 20 RBI, 23 runs scored and five steals on the year in 66 games. Fantasy managers should check Miami's lineup on Saturday to make sure he's back in there.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
