3 years agoMinnesota Twins first/third baseman Miguel Sano swatted his 10th home run of the season in Friday's 14-5 loss to the Kansas City Royals. Sano's homer was absolutely crushed, as it traveled 428 feet at an exit velocity of 114.3 MPH, his hardest-hit ball of the season so far. Sano has just two hits in his last 32 at-bats, both of them home runs. A career-low .176 BABIP has been plaguing Sano this year, as well as an unusually high FB rate and IFFB rate, likely due to an increased launch angle. The slugger is hitting the ball as hard as ever, so it might come down to him making slight adjustments to his mechanics. Fantasy managers should hold onto Sano if they can afford to.--Tim Capurso
