3 years agoMinnesota Twins first/third baseman Miguel Sano went 2-for-2 with a two-run homer in Monday's win over the Cincinnati Reds. Sano entered the game as a pinch-runner for Josh Donaldson in the eighth inning, singling in his first plate appearance then later walking it off with a two-run homer. He hit the ball hard, registering exit velocities of 110.1 MPH on his single and 100.1 on the homer, which traveled 402 feet. Sano has been hot or cold this year, recently going through a 2-for-18 stretch before Monday's productive outing. Fantasy managers will hope that it pushes him forward into another hot streak.--Tim Capurso
