3 years agoMinnesota Twins first/third baseman Miguel Sano extended his hitting streak to five games in Wednesday's loss to the New York Yankees. Sano homered in the fifth inning off of Gerrit Cole, then added a pair of singles to the box score, driving in his second run of the night on one of them. Two of his hits recorded exit velocities of 100 MPH or greater. Sano might be getting some better batted-ball luck lately in June, as he's batting .250 with three homers and eight RBI in 28 at-bats this month.--Tim Capurso
