4 years agoTampa Bay Rays third baseman Mike Brosseau went 2-for-5 with a double, two RBI, two runs scored and his first home run of the season in a 6-4 loss to the Rangers on Thursday. Brosseau has been splitting time with Joey Wendle at third base for Tampa Bay, but when he's in the lineup Brosseau has been producing solid results, as he's now slashing .300/.333/.550 with two doubles, one home run and three RBI in seven games. Brosseau has shown the potential to be a double-digit homer and steals threat in the minors, it is just a matter of whether he can get enough playing time to reach those marks.--Michael Grennell - RotoBaller
