4 years agoCleveland Indians right-handed pitcher Mike Clevinger will be recalled from the club’s alternate training site to start Wednesday’s contest against the Twins. Clevinger has been on the restricted list since Aug. 11 after he was suspended by Cleveland for breaking COVID-19 protocol while on a road trip. The righty owns a 3.24 ERA through his first three starts this season, but he was hit hard by Minnesota back on July 31, allowing six runs on five walks and four hits, including a pair of home runs. While he can be rostered again in season-long formats, DFS owners are likely better off looking elsewhere as he makes his first big league action in three weeks.--Jesse Borek
