Mike Davis Could Bounce Back In London
3 years agoAtlanta Falcons running back Mike Davis could be poised for a bounce-back performance in a Week 5 tilt against the Jets in London. Davis is coming off of his worst game of the season, a 13-carry, 14-yard game against Washington, a poor performance that was salvaged only by his receiving touchdown. While he hasn't performed as well as his backfield mate Cordarrelle Patterson, Davis still holds the edge in playing time. Only nine running backs have averaged a higher snap count percentage than Davis through four weeks, suggesting that the team still views him as their lead back. He'll look to get back on track against a Jets defense that has allowed the most fantasy points per game to running backs and the sixth-most rushing yards. Fire him up as a low-end RB2 in Week 5.
