6 years agoThe Chicago Bears and free-agent running back Mike Davis (Seahawks) have agreed upon a two-year contract worth $6 million, a source said Monday. The deal has a max value of $7 million. Davis had his most productive season in 2018, rambling for a career-high 514 rushing yards on 112 totes, averaging 4.6 yards per carry with four touchdowns. He also had 34 grabs for 214 yards and his first NFL scoring reception. If he can stay healthy, he has a chance to make some noise in the Windy City, but his role depends on what the team does with Jordan Howard, and if they elect to add a body in the NFL Draft.--Daniel Dobish
