3 years agoFree-agent running back Mike Davis signed an undisclosed deal with the Baltimore Ravens on Tuesday, according to a source. After the Ravens dealt with multiple key injuries in their backfield before the regular season last year, they are making sure they have adequate depth behind J.K. Dobbins, Gus Edwards and Justice Hill, as they also took rookie Tyler Badie in the sixth round of the draft. Davis was thoroughly outplayed by Cordarrelle Patterson as the Atlanta Falcons main back in 2021, but Davis did have over 1,000 scrimmage yards and eight touchdowns in 2020 with the Carolina Panthers. The 29-year-old probably won't have much fantasy value in Baltimore unless Dobbins and Edwards are delayed from their ACL tears to begin the season.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
