Mike Evans Exceeds 75 Receiving Yards For Third Straight Game
3 years agoTampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Mike Evans caught seven of a team-high 12 targets for 75 yards in Sunday's win over the Patriots. Evans was on the receiving end of history, as he hauled in a 28-yard reception, which made Tom Brady the NFL's all-time leader in passing yards. The big-bodied wideout then proceeded to operate as Brady's favorite target for the entirety of the contest, amassing double-digit targets for the second straight week. Evans hasn't found the end zone as much as he did early on last year but has made up for it with an increase in volume. With Brady's red zone favorite Rob Gronkowski (ribs) likely out for Week 5, look for Evans to get back in the end zone against Miami.
