Mike Minor Fades Away From All-Star Form In 2020
4 years agoTexas Rangers left-handed pitcher Mike Minor has been roughed up across his first six starts of the season, going without a win while posting a 6.75 ERA. It may have been wishful thinking that Minor would retain his All-Star form from last year, but with an elite fastball spin rate and an xERA of 4.78, there may be better days ahead for the veteran. His next start is slated to come Friday against the Dodgers, which while a difficult matchup on paper, could have some upside DFS appeal due to taking place at Globe Life Field, which has proven to be a pitcher-friendly yard thus far. Minor appears a few weeks away from being a multi-start option in season-long leagues.
