4 years agoMike Rodriguez (11-6) suffered his third loss in four appearances on Saturday, dropping his bout with Danilo Marques in the form of a second-round submission. Through 9:52 of action, Rodriguez was only able to land 16 significant strikes (34 total strikes) while being taken down four times. Rodriguez spent most of the time in the control of Marques, who kept Rodriguez under control for 7:39 of the bout's 9:52 of action. With the loss, Rodriguez has now lost two in a row, with both coming by finish. It's best to avoid Rodriguez the next time he enters the Octagon.
