5 years agoAtlanta Braves starter Mike Soroka (groin) tossed an inning of live batting practice on Monday afternoon. The 22-year-old Canadian was dealing with a sore groin, but he said he felt good after Monday's session. Soroka will likely make his Grapefruit League debut in the coming days. He is the ace of the Braves' rotation, and he will look to build off of his stellar 2019 season that saw him post a 13-4 record to go along with a 2.68 ERA and 142/41 K/BB rate.--Raymond Harrison - RotoBaller
