5 years agoAtlanta Braves starter Mike Soroka allowed three runs on six hits in six innings of work during a 12-3 win over the New York Mets on Monday. He walked one batter while striking out two. Soroka has been a revelation in the Braves' rotation this season as he has solidified himself as the ace of the staff. The 21-year-old owns an 8-1 record to go along with a minuscule 2.12 ERA, 0.98 WHIP, and 62/19 K/BB rate. Soroka has been one of the best pitchers in the league through the first few months of the season. He will look to keep it rolling against the inconsistent Washington Nationals in his next projected start.--Raymond Harrison - RotoBaller
