4 years agoNew York Yankees outfielder Mike Tauchman had a big day at the plate on Tuesday, going 2-for-2 with a home run and a pair of walks. Tauchman now has a strong .960 OPS for the spring, but he faces an uphill battle for an MLB roster spot because of outfielder Jay Bruce's successful spring and Tauchman's limited defensive versatility. With no minor league options remaining, it'll be interesting to see what happens with Tauchman over the next few weeks, and fantasy managers should keep an eye on his potential playing time opportunities.--Sam Chinitz
