Mike Trout Expects To Play Again In 2022
2 years agoLos Angeles Angels star outfielder Mike Trout (back, ribs) expects to play again in 2022. He continues to battle a condition called costovertebral dysfunction. The 30-year-old said he would play again this year. "I got to stay on top of the routine I do on a daily basis to prevent it from coming back. I feel good where it's at right now. Every day it's improving. I felt really good today," said Trout. The star outfielder is not concerned about his career. Trout has been on the injured list since July 18. The Angels are out of the playoff race and won't rush their star player back. Trout doesn't have a timetable for a return, but fantasy managers should continue to stash him in all leagues for now.
