3 years agoLos Angeles Angels outfielder Mike Trout (calf) was evaluated on Monday after feeling something in his calf while running, and no new injury or serious setback was discovered, according to Jeff Fletcher of the Orange County Register. Manager Joe Maddon said that Trout's calf strain is just healing slowly, which comes much to the relief of fantasy managers who feared a setback in Trout's recovery. There's still no timetable for when he'll begin a rehab assignment, but it should hopefully be coming soon.
