Mike Trout Out Of Lineup Again Tuesday
5 years agoLos Angeles Angels outfielder Mike Trout (calf) is not in the starting lineup again Tuesday night. Trout suffered a calf strain Sunday against the Mariners, but initially said he should be fine. He's not on the injured list but has now missed two straight games. Trout was having a monster season, even by his lofty standards, batting .305 with 30 home runs and 75 RBI. His .666 slugging percentage is third in baseball as is his .360 ISO. Hopefully, Trout can avoid the IL and fantasy owners can see their first-round pick back in the lineup Wednesday. Brian Goodwin will get the start in center field and bat seventh against Hector Rondon and a plethora of Astros relievers.
