7 years agoThe Los Angeles Angels placed outfielder Mike Trout (wrist) on the disabled list with right wrist inflammation on Friday. Nobody wants to see one of the best overall players in the game hit the shelf, but the good news is that Trout hasn't played since last Wednesday, and his DL stint can be backdated. On the season, he's hitting .309/.459/.624 with 30 jacks, 60 RBI, 21 stolen bases and 82 runs scored. It's impossible to replace that kind of production. Eric Young Jr. has been filling in at center field, but he's an unattractive fantasy option in all but the deepest of leagues.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
