3 years agoLos Angeles outfielder Mike Trout (calf) underwent an MRI on Thursday and received encouraging results. He still isn't running and remains without a timetable for a return. The three-time MVP continues to feel soreness in his calf, which is preventing him from fully ramping up. The Angels will be cautious with their star outfielder, and he remains day-to-day. Once activated, Trout is expected to shift to a corner outfield position to help prevent further injury.
