4 years agoLos Angeles Chargers wide receiver Mike Williams was only targeted five times in Week 12 versus the Buffalo Bills. The big receiver seemed to be the offensive member that suffered the most with the return of running back Austin Ekeler in Week 12. Williams was overlooked on the afternoon by rookie quarterback Justin Herbert and was only able to catch three balls for 26 yards. Williams has been the definition of a boom or bust player and the return of Ekeler will have an impact on him. Even with Ekeler in the picture, the Chargers have been a pass first offense and Williams should still have enough opportunities to contribute as a WR3 or flex option. Williams will look to put up better numbers versus the New England Patriots in Week 13.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
