2 years agoLos Angeles Chargers wide receiver Mike Williams finished with just two receptions for 10 yards on four targets in the team's Week 1 victory over the Las Vegas Raiders. Even with Keenan Allen (hamstring) exiting early, Williams failed to step up as three other pass-catchers scored. This type of floor has been seen throughout Williams' career, but he was able to make up for his disappointing games with blow-up performances in 2021. Fantasy managers will hope for exactly that in what could be a shootout with the Kansas City Chiefs next week. If Allen is forced to miss Week 2, Williams will be a must-start option but should be viewed as a boom-bust WR2 going forward.--Jorden Hill - RotoBaller
