Williams saw a fall-off in his targets last week, bringing him back to the levels he has typically seen throughout his career, which damages his outlook. However, the big-bodied receiver has seen a number of red-zone targets this season but has yet to score a single touchdown. The opportunity for Williams to score is limited against Chicago, who have only allowed three receiving touchdowns this season.
