3 years agoLos Angeles Chargers wide receiver Mike Williams, who will be a free agent this offseason, said he would like to return to the team in 2022. "I would like to. I don't like changes," Williams said. He saved one of his best games for last in the Week 18 regular season finale against the Las Vegas Raiders on Sunday night, setting season-highs in catches (nine) and targets (17) for 119 yards and a touchdown in the overtime loss. Williams got off to a great start and was one of the best receivers in the league in the first five games (31 catches, 471 yards, six touchdowns) before he cooled off considerably in the middle of the season. Still, he finished with career-highs in receptions (76), targets (129) and receiving yards (1,146) while scoring nine touchdowns in 16 games. He'll be highly coveted on the open market and could have WR2 upside if he sticks in LA with rising star Justin Herbert throwing him passes.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
