4 years agoSan Francisco Giants outfielder Mike Yastrzemski had a nice day at the plate in Friday's 5-3 win over the Marlins, going 2-for-3 with a single, a two-run home run, a walk, and a strikeout. Yaz took a third-inning Sandy Alcantara fastball to the opposite and just cleared the right-field wall for his third HR of the season. The 30-year-old has gotten off to a disappointing start to the season, slashing .205/.293/.425 with five RBI. Fantasy managers are well-aware of how productive Yastrzemski has been over the past two seasons, so they should be patient with him for the time being.--Connelly Doan - RotoBaller
