7 years agoSeattle Mariners catcher Mike Zunino hit his second home run of the season, an opposite field shot, as the Mariners beat the White Sox 4-3. It was the second bomb of the series for Zunino, who is 4-for-11 over his last three games. Zunino has big-time power, hitting 25 home runs last year in a season where he showed glimpses of matching the potential he earned as the third overall choice in the 2012 MLB draft. He is a hitter who has plenty of swing and miss but can also go on hot streaks that can carry an offense for a week. Zunino needs to be picked up if he's available as a player who could lead the majors in home runs strictly among catchers.--Joey C - RotoBaller
