6 years agoEdmonton Oilers goaltender Mikko Koskinen allowed just two goals on 33 shots in Wednesday's 3-1 road loss against the Pittsburgh Penguins. He did a good job keeping the high-octane Pittsburgh offense in check for a good chunk of the night, giving his team a chance to win. However, the killer was a shorthanded goal by Bryan Rust in the opening moments of the first period and an even-strength marker by Teddy Blueger which did him in. The Oilers will pick themselves up off the mat and try to get back into the win column on Friday night in Carolina.--Daniel Dobish
