6 years agoEdmonton Oilers goaltender Mikko Koskinen will get the nod on Saturday night against the Calgary Flames. Koskinen has outplayed the incumbent Cam Talbot over the entirety of the year. The Finnish netminder has a 4-1-0 record, 2.52 goals-against average, and a .918 save percentage this season. He made 29 saves during a 6-2 win over the Montreal Canadiens on Tuesday night. Koskinen is facing a Flames team that has a 4-3-1 record on home ice and sit middle of the pack in goals per game.
