3 years agoColorado Avalanche forward Mikko Rantanen finished with a goal and an assist in Tuesday's 5-3 loss against the Devils. Rantanen's power-play goal gave the Avalanche a two-goal lead in the opening frame, and it marked the 27th goal of the season for the Finnish winger now in his sixth full season. Rantanen added an assist on Nathan MacKinnon's goal in the first period as the dominant duo continues to do damage whenever they are on the ice together.
