6 years agoColorado Avalanche wing Mikko Rantanen picked up an assist with a plus-one rating, a blocked shot and a minor penalty across 21:49 of ice time in Tuesday's 3-2 shootout loss against the New York Rangers. He picked up an assist in his sixth consecutive game, tying Paul Stastny (2008-09) on the franchise list for consecutive games with an assist to open a new season.
