3 years agoSt. Louis Cardinals starting pitcher Miles Mikolas (forearm) will make a rehab start on Saturday with Triple-A Memphis, according to Zachary Silver of MLB.com. Mikolas has made just one start this year, and has been sidelined with forearm tightness since the end of May. He didn't pitch in 2020, and in his last full season in 2019, Mikolas was 9-14 with a 4.16 ERA, 1.223 WHIP and 18.8 percent strikeout rate over 184 innings of work. Needless to say, managers shouldn't have much in the way of expectations for Mikolas right out the gate. He'll probably have the greatest value in deeper formats, but the majority of managers can ignore him unless he starts showing good numbers on the mound.--Michael Grennell - RotoBaller
